If your order contains a combination of pre-order and available items, we will ship out your entire package once the last item arrives in stock. This cuts down on confusion on what's been shipped and the cost in shipping for us. Please order separate item(s) in different orders if you wish for items to be delivered sooner than others. Pre-ordering is also available in store for customers living in Calgary if you Pre-Order online your item will be held at the store for you to pick it up.

Shipping Costs for Pre-Orders
The shipping cost on an order is based on weight and destination. If you are placing an order that has a combination of in-stock items & pre-order items, or if the items you pre-order have different release dates, we will have to charge actual shipping for each individual order we ship. If the shopping cart does not calculate enough shipping cost for the separate shipments, we will have to bill you for the remainder. However, we can hold an order to ship all at once at your request to save on shipping.

Why should I pre-order?
Pre-ordering usually guarantees that you will receive the items in your order as soon as they are released. It also allows you to secure your items in case of a sellout, which occurs frequently in the collectibles market. The price of an item may also increase after it is released, so pre-ordering usually means a better price. Please note that occasionally, a manufacturer or distributor may allocate an item, which may result in Red 5 Collectibles not receiving all of the products ordered. In these rare situations, your order may be cancelled and a refund issued if the order has already been paid for.
